27th Nov 2007 Dambuster So refreshing to hear that the angst element isn't just in my world!! I know its worth the effort because I love receiving hand made cards from other people - there are some we have kept for years and which come out each Christmas.

26th Nov 2007 Georgie Oh God, the Christmas card dilemma! I'm with you on this one because home-made is definitely best and much preferable to a round robin letter which usually sounds like boasting (all those violin concerts and first novels) or moaning (even worse) about your children. The only thing you miss out on is the charity donation you surreptitiously give when you buy charity cards. But I guess you can just find your own cause to donate to instead...
